What is Picoteo Box?

Picoteo Box is a monthly subscription box that brings your favorite Spanish brands to your doorstep. The food & beverage items you will receive in your Picoteo Box are the same ones everyone loves and enjoys back in Spain!

How does it work?

By subscribing, you will receive 5 hard-to-come-by items of Spain’s favorite brands. The most popular items are sent often, but we’ll make sure to include something new every month. Let us know which ones you like the most!

How can I order only one box?

You can order a one-time box by subscribing, completing the checkout and then canceling your subscription before the 22nd of the following month.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

We’re happy to provide a gift option so you can send some foodie love! At Checkout just select "This is a gift" and fill out the required information.

When will my order ship?

Picoteo Box will ship on the 15th of every month.

How do billing and shipping work?

Your first purchase is charged immediately, while renewal takes place on the 22nd of every month.

New subscriptions in the current month will be shipped the next month (on the 15th).

Example: If you subscribe on the 29th of September, your first Picoteo Box will be shipped on the 15th of October. If you subscribe on the 1st of October, your first Picoteo Box will be shipped on the 15th of November.  

Where do you ship?

Currently, Picoteo Box only ships within Continental US.

Is there a shipping fee?

No, shipping is always FREE! :)

I will be traveling, how do I skip my box for next month?

Log into your account. Under "Your Subscriptions", click on EDIT and then on SKIP NEXT RENEWAL. Follow the instructions to complete your request. Make sure to do it before your renewal date (the 22nd of the month).

How do I change my address?

Log into your account, select your current address and change it. To receive the next month subscription in your new address, changes need to be done prior to the renewal date (the 22nd of the month). If you do it after the 22nd, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible at info@picoteobox.com.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account. Under "Your Subscriptions", click on EDIT and then on CANCEL. Subscription cancellations need to be made prior to your renewal date (the 22nd of the month).

How do I request a refund?

All sales are final. If you have any problem with your subscription, please contact us at info@picoteobox.com.

What if I have food allergies?

Picoteo Box can’t accommodate food allergies at this time. Please contact us at info@picoteobox.com if you have any allergy concerns.
